Chelsea Winstead
Ashley sent you this page, because she wants you to understand exactly who I am, how I work, and why partnering with me feels very different from working with a traditional lender.
I’m Chelsea — a mortgage strategist who uses education, data, smart systems, and social media to bring in my own pipeline of buyers, fully prep them, and match them with the best-fitting agent for their personality, goals, and budget.
This isn’t “mortgage bro” energy.
This is buyer experience, streamlined.
Agent partnership, elevated.
And long-term collaboration, without the BS.
NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE BROKER
Not Your Local “Popcorn” Lender 🫠
Here’s the thing….I’m not going to court you with popcorn, corny cards, and try to throw a few drinks your way for some loans.
Truth be told, I typically bring my Inner Circle of agents just as many - if not MORE buyers - than they bring me 👀
And yes, I am for real. (More about my background, next.)
I have a large social media following, which means I’m able to generate my own leads every single month.
I pre-qualify them, chat through numbers, determine their timeline, and once they are ready to buy - then it’s time to connect them with someone like you!
New to Lending, not to business.
I started lending in February of 2025….but the reality is….I’ve been self-employed for a decade & would NEVER run a business where I relied 100% on referrals to “eat.” 👀

Before mortgages, I was an Air Force Officer — which means my entire professional foundation was built on discipline, leadership, and making clear decisions under pressure. I learned how to manage people, read situations fast, and communicate in a way that keeps everyone aligned and moving. That experience taught me how to stay calm when things get messy, how to solve problems before they become problems, and how to lead from a place of confidence instead of ego.
Those skills didn’t disappear when I left the military — they became the backbone of how I run my mortgage business today.
-
After the Air Force, I spent years as a corporate project manager — running 80+ active client projects at once and leading a team of more than 25 people. That role required systems, structure, and the ability to see ten steps ahead while still catching the tiny details that could derail a timeline.
It taught me how to streamline processes, implement technology that actually works, and keep communication crystal clear across large groups with different priorities. I learned how to manage the temperature of a project, spot risks early, and keep complex moving pieces running smoothly — which is exactly why my mortgage pipeline feels organized, predictable, and drama-free.
Everything I do now is built on the operational rigor and efficiency that job demanded.
-
When I left my corporate career, I built and scaled my own fractional project management agency to over $650,000 a year with a small but mighty team of five. I worked with small businesses across multiple industries to implement technology, automate workflows, and operationalize their systems so they could grow without burning out.
That experience gave me a front-row seat to what it takes to run a high-performing business: clarity, efficiency, accountability, and smart tech. I tap into that knowledge every single day in my mortgage practice — from how I build my funnels, to how I structure my team, to how I streamline the buyer experience from first touch to closing.
It’s the reason my entire operation feels organized, strategic, and scalable… because I’ve already built a scalable business before.
-
After building a successful service-based agency, I transitioned into teaching other women how to do the same. I ran my coaching company for four years and scaled it to over $1M per year, helping over 5,000 women turn their existing corporate skills into profitable online businesses. It was meaningful, it was impactful, and it was one of the most energizing chapters of my career.
But even in the middle of the success, I could always feel a “timer” running. I loved the work, but I never saw myself coaching forever. I wanted a career that pulled all of my strengths together — leadership, systems, communication, numbers, operations, and my ability to teach — and channelled them into something I could build long-term.
That desire is what led me on the hunt to find the “next chapter” which has led me to where I am today!

I stepped into the mortgage industry in February 2025… and instantly realized just how outdated, archaic, and behind the times it really was. Everyone was marketing to agents, not buyers. Everyone was recycling the same scripts, the same strategies, and the same chest-puffing “mortgage pro” energy that buyers have been rolling their eyes at for years.
It became obvious right away: if I simply did things the way everyone else did, I’d blend right into the background. But if I built a model that truly served buyers first — through education, clarity, content, and strategy — I could change the experience entirely. That’s where the “Not Another Mortgage Bro” approach was born.
And because I’ve always been a natural team builder, I didn’t try to do it alone. I leaned into what I’m great at and immediately outsourced the rest. I intentionally built a women-led team around me—smart, communicative, detail-oriented women who understand the vision and want to create something different with me. Together, we’re building an experience that doesn’t look or feel like anything the industry has offered before… and that’s exactly the point.
How I generate over 150+ organic leads per month.
Simple: I don’t chase business — I attract it.
While most lenders spend their time wining and dining agents for referrals, I’m building a buyer ecosystem that brings leads directly to me.
My content, education, strategy sessions, funnels, and tools create a steady flow of people who already trust me before we ever get on the phone.
I’m not relying on handouts, happy hours, or hoping someone sends me a warm body.
I’m creating my own pipeline with:
Daily TikTok + Instagram content that actually educates
A brand that resonates with modern buyers
Strategy sessions that build immediate trust
Tools and resources that meet buyers where they are
Consistent visibility and storytelling
A process that makes people feel informed, safe, and ready
The result?
My leads come straight from my audience — not from waiting in line behind ten other lenders trying to impress the same agent over a cocktail.
This is why I can hand agents warm, ready, aligned buyers instead of asking them to hand anything to me.
I’m not here to play the old game.
I’m here to build a new one — and it’s working. 🔥
Not Another Mortgage Bro
What started as a joke - ended up being the whole mission….
Who I’m not:
I’m not the “mortgage bro” who talks over people, steamrolls conversations, or treats women like they don’t understand their own finances. I’m not the guy who can’t read the room or makes buyers feel embarrassed for asking normal questions. And I’m definitely not the lender who creates stress because he’s too busy posturing to actually explain anything.
Who I am:
I’m someone who listens first, explains clearly, and creates a space where buyers feel understood and supported. I read people well, tailor the conversation to their pace, and make sure they walk away feeling confident — not confused. My goal is to empower buyers, especially women, so they feel respected, informed, and fully in control of their decisions.
It’s wild how often women get talked over in this process, considering they’re usually the ones making the actual decision about the home.
That’s why my approach resonates.

Why I Choose to Partner With Female Agents
I’ve always gravitated toward women who lead with clarity, calm, and collaboration — the kind of agents who genuinely care about the client experience and communicate like true partners, not lone wolves.
When I work with female agents, there’s an immediate sense of alignment: shared values, shared work ethic, and a shared desire to create an experience that feels supportive instead of chaotic. 💃
There’s an unspoken understanding around communication, responsibility, and keeping the client at the center of every decision. It creates a workflow that feels smooth, intentional, and genuinely enjoyable — not transactional, not rushed, and not ego-driven.
And my hope is always the same: if we connect well, if our working styles click, and if we both thrive in the partnership, then the relationship evolves into something long-term. I want to work with agents who want to keep working together — not out of obligation, but because the value exchange is obvious on both sides.
My goal isn’t just to support your buyers. It’s to build a reciprocal relationship where we both bring real value to the table — where I match you with qualified, aligned buyers, and you’re excited to match me with clients who deserve a lender that operates differently. When it’s the right fit, it becomes a two-way partnership that grows both of our businesses in a way that feels natural, aligned, and mutually beneficial.

I run full numbers, soft-pull credit, verify key details, and set realistic expectations before the buyer ever talks with an agent. That way, you’re not wasting time showing homes to someone who’s unsure, unprepared, or guessing their budget.
